Abstract: Abstract Background: given the requests of practical medicine and the development of fetal surgery, knowledge of individual variability of the structure of the cardiac conducting system parts is becoming of great importance. Material and methods: 149 human fetal heart preparations of 12 – 32 weeks of development had been processed by common morphological methods for topography and the parameters of the atrioventricular node, the atrioventricular bundle, its right and left bundles in relation to the structure of the interventricular septum parts (snus, trabecular, cone). Results: a variability of linear dimensions and the sinus part shape of the interventricular septum determines different lengths of the atrioventricular bundle and the angle of its position in fetuses of the same term of development. Conclusions: 1. Variants of anatomical correspondence of the conducting system and the heart are formed in the intrauterine period. 2. The atrioventricular bundle and the sinus part of the interventricular septum make up a correlation pair. 3. Variability of linear dimensions and shapes of the sinus part determines in fetuses of the same age a different length to the anatomical bifurcation and magnitude of the angle position of the atrioventricular bundle.
