Formarea prospectivă continuă a asistenţilor medicali

Abstract

Summary. In this scientific paper the author affirms that over the time the social, cultural, economic and political dimensions were analized while the prospective dimension of the education based both on the initial formation and the continuing formation of the medical assistants was less studied. Those aspects related confirm the need of a study regarding the prospective continuing formation in the educational system with the aim of training the medical assistants for the society which faces a continuous change.

В этой научной статье автор утверждает, что были проанализированы социальные, культурные, экономические и политические аспекты, но были мало изучены перспективы первоначального и непрерывного формирования медицинских сестер. Эти аспекты подтверждают необходимость проведения исследования о возможности перспективного непрерывного формирования в системе образования, с целью подготовки медицинских сестер для общества, которое находится в постоянном изменении.
