Codul farmaceutic al Republicii Moldova: motivare şi concept

Abstract

The necessity of Pharmaceutical Code of the Republic of Moldova elaboration results from the analysis of pharmaceutical situation created in the country. In the article are exposed the motivations of the necessity of Pharmaceutical Code elaboration, the existent gaps in the pharmaceutical legislation, the aims of this new legislative act, are emphasized the necessity of fortification of “responsibility for medicines”.

Necesitatea elaborării Codului Farmaceutic al Republicii Moldova rezultă din analiza situaţiei farmaceutice create în ţară. În articol se expun motivaţiile necesităţii elaborării Codului Farmaceutic, lacunele legislaţiei farmaceutice existente, scopurile acestui nou act legislativ, este accentuată necesitatea fortificării „răspunderii pentru medicamente”.
