Abstract: Congenital Obstructive Urinary Malformations being late diagnosed or remained untreated are pretty severe because of the morphological and functional kidney destruction they induce. The disease acquired on single congenital kidney or on both kidneys simultaneous or in subvezical localization chronic renal failure is developing. Whatever localization they has (calices, pielo-uretheral junction, ureterus, urethero - vesical junction, bladder or urethra) this malformations are obstructive inducing high pressure and kidney destruction. Early postnatal diagnosis by echography, in some cases use of urethrocistography, radioizotopic renography, and intravenous urography estimates the severity of the obstruction and suggest adequate surgical assessment.
