Asigurarea securității umane prin fortificarea siguranței persoanei

Abstract

Human security involves efforts to ensure the security of the individual, communities and society as a whole, which are reduced, for the most part, to building the social welfare, as well of the human being. The issue of personal safety involves not only the defense of social equity, human rights, but also the elimination or significant reduction of human risks in the context of global changes involving immediate and latent bio-hazards. Also, safecty of the person as well the human security are related to the correlation with the bioethical issue, with the cooperation of the international community in the issue of preventing sociopolitical, military instability and regional conflicts.
