| Abstract: | The continuous augmentation of the expectancy of life is one of the significant
success of the Europe. The strategy of the World Health Organization (WHO) and
European Health Organization for the year 2020, launched for the overcome of
actual demographical changes have the purpose to keep a good quality of life for
the elderly population, by promoting a healthy, active and independent ageing.
According to the WHO data from the 2000-2050, in the world the proportion of
the people over 60 years old will be doubled from 11% to 22%. |
