Abstract: The influence of the clinical efficiency of laser in the complex treatment of the duodenal ulcer in 65 patients has been studied. In concordance with results of the performed investigations, the efficiency of laser irradiation method in triple therapy, due to earlier (3-4 days) decrease of pain and dyspeptic syndrome manifestation, faster cicatrisation of ulcer defect and POL-SAO system stabilization has been established.
