Clinical symptoms are more pronounced in patients of caseous pneumonia. On the background of TB treatment under DOTS strategy lasting 2-3 months, moderate and considerable resorption of pulmonary infiltration constitute 30.9% of cases. Addressing late to the doctor and the evolution of severe infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis was recorded in 37 (68.52%) cases, the impact resulted in 15 (27.77%) cases with death.
