Introducere: Boala varicoasă a membrelor inferioare are o creştere a incidenţei la nivel mondial în ultimii ani. în pofida faptului că au apărut noi metode de tratament sau au fost modernizate cele vechi rata recidivei postoperatorii a maladiei varicoase rămîne înaltă şi nu are tendinţă spre scădere.
