CÂT DE FRECVENTE SUNT OMISIUNILE LA CHESTIONAREA FACTORILOR DE RISC ÎN TIMPUL CONSULTAŢIEI DE ANESTEZIE?

Abstract

Introducere: Examenul clinic preoperatoriu oferă anestezistului 75% din volumul necesar de informaţie. Astfel, identificarea factorilor de risc devine un element-cheie al consultaţiei de anestezie. Datorită presiunii de producere şi fluxului mare de informaţie şi evenimente, chestionarea acestora poate fi, neintenţionat, omisă. Scopul lucrării: A fost apreciat cât de frecvent a fost omisă în timpul consultației de anestezie chestionarea unor factori de risc pentru complicațiile de origine cardiovasculară la pacienţii cu diabet zaharat, hipertensiune arterială şi obezitate.

Due to workload, high flow of data and events, discussion of risk factors can be missed unintentional. Goal of the Study: Our aim was to evaluate how often risk factors for cardiac complications are not assesed in patient with known history of obesity, arterial hypertension and diabet melitus.
