Sănătatea oamenilor - prioritate a cadrului de la Sendai privind reducerea riscului dezastrelor pentru perioada 2015-2030

Abstract

The article provides a brief overview of the most significant documents relating to disaster risk reduction, which have been adopted by the United Nations in the last three decades. The analysis of the main provisions of the Sendai Declaration and Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030, particularly of the aspects of protection of human life and health in disasters, has been made.

В статье представлен краткий обзор особо значимых документов касающихся уменьшения риска бедствий, принятых Организацией Объединенных Наций за последние три десятилетия. Проведен анализ основных положений Декларации и Сендайской рамочной программы по снижению риска бедствий на 2015–2030 годы, особенно аспектов защиты жизни и здоровья людей при бедствиях.
