| Abstract: | Introduction: The role of laparoscopy as a diagnostic method in
nonoperative management (NOM) of blunt abdominal injuries is
controversial. The aim was to analyse of the laparoscopy role in
doubtful clinical situations with suspect visceral injuries and as argument of NOM in unconscious polytrauma patients. |
