Osteomielita. Aspecte de fiziopatologie şi de clasificare

Abstract

Osteomyelitis represents a supurative bone infection which rises a lot of medical problems related with biofilm production, persistence of infection as well as resistence to antimicrobial agents. In the specialised literature there are a lot of classifi cation systems of osteomyelitis, but no one is worlwide accepted. This systemic review brings into disscusion main physiopathological mechanisms involved in development of osteomyelitis and the most known classification systems of this.

Остеомиелит является гнойной инфекцией костей, течение которого усугубляетсяформированиембиопленoк, персистирующей инфекциeй и устойчивостью к антибиотикам. В литературе описаны несколько классификаций остеомиелита, но ни одной общепризнанной. Этот литературный обзор приводит самые известные классификации и анализ основных патофизиологических механизмов развития остеомиелита.
