Abstract: Summary. The percentage of recurrence of superficial bladder cancer, after TURB is quite high, average rate is 51%, about 50% of them appears during the first year of supervision. The results of treatment in the long term of the patients with bladder tumor with the same stage highly differ especially in case of superficial bladder cancer. That’s why, in the last years, were made researches for identification of supplementary prognosis factors that allow to determine tumors with high risk of progression and recurrences from those with low risk and to apply different treatment in this cases. Accordingly, to recommendations of diagnosis and treatment of bladder tumor patients, the primary multiple tumors and tumors with low-grade differentiation of big dimensions have the higher risk of recurrence. The risk of progression, generally, is determined by „T” category and grade of differentiation of tumor cells.
