| Abstract: | Se prezinta caz de observare clinica si tratament a tumorii gigante filoide (TF). Tumorile phyllodes sunt leziuni fibroepiteliale rare formate din tesut epitelial
si conjunctiv, caracterizate printr-o celularitate mai densa a tesuturilor conjunctive. Singura metoda radicala de tratament este cea chirurgicala.
The paper describes a case of giant phyllodes tumor of the breast. Phyllodes tumor is a rare type of fibroepithelial tumor composed of epithelial and
connective tissue with the predominant development of a connective tissue component. Surgery is the only radical treatment. |
