The article is based on the prospective study that included 86 patients (86 eyes) with undercompensated primary open-angle glaucoma. According to the treatment options all the patients were distributed into 3 groups. I group included 44 patients with antiglaucoma medication. II group included 19 patients treated by laser trabeculoplasty. III group included 23 patients followed antiglaucoma surgery (sinus trabeculectomy with iridectomy). All the patients had benefit from the treatment. All types of the glaucoma treatment have advantages and disavantages, thats why glaucoma managemant should be individualized from case to case. The final goal is the perseveration of visual functions.
