dc.description.abstractStudiul prezintă o cercetare clinică a managementului diagnostico-curativ la 27 pacienţi cu sindrom de venă cavă superioară, cauzat preponderent de tumori mediastinale. Stabilirea diagnosticului morfologic al tumorilor mediastinale şi definirea tratamentului sunt asigurate de complexul medico-chirurgical selectat în dependenţă de severitatea şi caracterul sindromului de venă cavă superioară, care necesită de a fi adaptat de la caz la caz prin prisma individualizării algoritmului diagnostico-curativ.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe study represents a clinical research of the curative diagnosis management in 27 patients with superior vena cava caused mostly by the mediastinum tumours. The determination of the morphological diagnosis of the mediastinum tumours and the management defenition are assured by the medico-surgical complex, selected in accordance with the severity and the character of the superior vena cava syndrome, that needs to be addapted from case to case through the individualisation angle of the curative diagnosis algorithm.
