| dc.description.abstract | Sunt prezentate rezultatele utilizării unor tehnici contemporane de tratament al obezităţii morbide la 30 de pacienţi. S-a stabilit că pierderea excesului masei corporale este mai demonstrativă pentru by-pass-ul gastric, dar riscul complicaţiilor precoce este mai mare. S-a constat efectul operaţiilor asupra metabolismului lipidic. S-au precizat indicaţiile pentru diferite tehnici bariatrice. | en_US |

It was detected, that body mass lost is more conclusive for gastric by-pass, but the risk of early complications is higher. The influence of bariatric operations for lipid metabolism was described. The indications for different bariatric methods were established. | |
