dc.description.abstractScopul lucrării este analiza comparativă a eficacităţii tratamentului laparo-endoscopic şi tradiţional în PAS. A fost analizat un lot de 620 pacienţi cu PAS, care au fost repartizaţi în 2 loturi: 373 pacienţi trataţi prin metode endoscopice şi 247- lotul martor trataţi tradiţional. După etiologie forma biliară s-a a întâlnit la 222 (59,5%) pacienţi în lotul endoscopic şi 67 (27,1%) – în grupul martor. Formele non- biliare ale pancreatitei au fost respectiv 151 (40,4%) şi 180 (72,9%) în grupele studiate. Metodele endoscopice (STE, DWE, DBE, CELs, ColSLs, DBO şi DP) au permis micşorarea morbidităţii şi mortalităţii de 3 ori.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of two strategy- endoscopic and traditional in treatment of SAP We present our experience in treatment of 620 patients with SAP. The patients were devided in two lots- 373 patients treated with endoscopic methods and another 247 treated with classical methods . Endoscopic methods permit to decrease the morbidity and mortality in comparison with classical methods.
