dc.description.abstractThe needs for OHS have increased vertiginously than decreased compared to the times of globalization in both developing and industrialized countries. The elimination, as well as prevention, diagnostics and treatment of occupational diseases, work accidents and unreasonable workloads represent a call for wider coverage and higher efficiency of OHS. There has been conduct a study regarding feasibility of the existing legislative and regulatory framework in the European countries, with recommendations to strengthen / enhance the Occupational Health Services. There service is presented the scheme of OHS in Finland with steps: starting level; Basic Occupational Health Services; International Standard Services; Comprehensive Occupational Health Services. It analyzes the strengths and risks on the example of many European countries. The work suggests ways to improve the normative basis of Occupational Health Services.en_US
dc.description.abstractПотребности в службе медицины труда резко возросли по сравнению с периодом «новой глобализации», как в развивающихся странах, так и в промышленно развитых странах. Устранение, профилактика, диагностика, лечение профессиональных заболеваний, а также безопасность на рабочем месте и предупреждение несчастных случаев являются задачами служб медицины труда. Было проведено исследование практических возможностей законодательной базы и действующих нормативов в европейских странах, с рекомендациями по укреплению / повышению качества службы медицины труда. В работе представлена схема развития службы медицины труда в Финляндии: начальная ступень, базовая ступень, ступень к международной интеграции и специализированная междисциплинарная ступень.
