At ECG: negative P and T waves in the I, aVL leads, the decrease of the R waves and the predominance of the S waves in the V1-V6 leads, the electrical axis of the heart with right deviation, where T flattened in the V4-V6 leads.Conclusions.Electrocardiographic changes suggestive of dextrocardia with situs inversus in an asymptomatic patient will allow us to diagnose the genetic abnormality early and will be of real use to prevent subsequent diagnostic errors in surgical emergencies.en_US
