Vitaminele utilizate în tratamentul afecţiunilor hepatice la copii

Abstract

Actualmente, bolile hepatice in randurile copiilor constituie o problemă importantă de ordin social şi biologic. Această problemă devine tot mai amplă in legătură cu creşterea continuă a morbidităţii copiilor, atat in Republica Moldova, cat şi in multe ţări economic dezvoltate. Dereglările funcţionale ale ficatului la copii pot provoca in timp un şir de patologii grave. Colaborand cu medicii IMSP Institutul Mamei şi Copilului, am constatat că diagnosticul poate fi stabilit din primele zile de viaţă a copilului, iar tratamentul medicamentos şi un regim alimentar special pot conduce la insănătoşire deplină. Studiul practic a demonstrat că includerea vitaminelor in tratamentul medicamentos al copiilor cu afecţiuni hepatice este absolut indicată, manifestand efect benefic in normalizarea funcţiilor de sinteză proteică; in producerea şi evacuarea bilei şi a colesterolului; in multiple funcţii metabolice de neutralizare şi detoxificare a substanţelor toxice din organism; in menţinerea funcţiilor hemodinamice.

Currently, liver diseases among children represent an important social and biological problem. This problem becomes more vague due to the continued growth of morbidity of children both in the Republic of Moldova and in many economically developed countries. Malfunction of children’s liver can cause a number of serious diseases. Collaborating with the doctors of IMSP Institute of Mother and Child we have discovered that the diagnosis can be determined starting with the first days of the children’s life, and the right treatment and a special diet, allow a satisfying development and a normal way of life. The study has shown that the inclusion of vitamins in the medical treatment of children with liver disease is absolutely indicated, showing a beneficial effect in the normalization of protein synthesis functions, production, bile and cholesterol production, multiple metabolic neutralization functions and detoxification of toxic substances in the body, maintaining hemodynamic functions.

В настоящее время заболевание печени среди детей является важной социальной и биологической проблемой. Эта проблема ухудшается в связи с продолжающимся ростом детской заболеваемости как в Республике Молдова, так и во многих экономически развитых странах мира. Функциональные нарушения печени у детей могут привести к ряду серьезных заболеваний. Работая с медиками Института матери и ребенка установили, что диагноз может быть установлен с первых дней жизни ребенка, а лечение и специальная диета могут привести к полному выздоровлению. Исследование показало, что включение витаминов в медицинское лечение детей с заболеваниями печени абсолютно указано, что показывает положительный эффект при нормализации функций синтеза белка, продукции, производства желчи и холестерина, множественных функциях нейтрализации метаболитов и детоксикации токсических веществ в организме, поддерживая гемодинамические функции.
