dc.description.abstractRezumat Endometrioza cicatricei postoperatorii (ECP) este defi nită ca prezenţa ţesutului endometrial glandular şi stromal în afara cavităţii uterine. Incidenţa endometriomului cicatricei postoperatorii după operaţii cezariene fi ind de la 0.03% până la 0.45%, transformarea malignă a ECP constituie 0,3-1% cazuri. În majoritatea cazurilor ECP se dezvoltă după operaţiile obstetrico-ginecologice, cel mai frecvent fi ind condiţionată de operație cezariană. Transformarea malignă a ECP e reprezentată de carcinomul cu celule clare şi carcinomul endometrioid.en_US
dc.description.abstractSummary. Abdominal wall endometriosis (AWE) is the presence of endometrial stroma and tissue outside of uterine cavity. The probability of developing endometriosis in a surgical scar is 0.03-0,45%, and malignant transformations is likely to occur 0.3-1% of the cases. The majority of endometriosis scar foolowing obstetric and gynecologic procedures, but cesarean section scar endometriosis is the most common form. The majority cases of malignant transformation developed as clear cell carcinoma and endometroid carcinoma.en_US
dc.description.abstractРезюме. Эндометриоз послеоперационного рубца (ЭПР) характеризуется наличием эндометриальной железистой и стромальной ткани за пределами полости матки. Заболеваемость ЭПР варьирует от 0,03% до 0,45%, злокачественная трансформация отмечается в 0,3-1% случаев. В большинстве случаев ЭПР развивается после перенесенных акушерских и гинекологических операций, наиболее чаще – после кесарево сечения. В большинстве случаев злокачественная трансформация ЭПР представлена светлоклеточной и эндометриодидной карциномой.en_US
