| dc.description.abstract | Summary:
We have studied 116 patients with liver cirrhosis in different
stages of the disease. There were 61 men and 55 women
with mean age 50,3±0,7. These patients were divided into
3 groups depending on the Child-Pugh classification and
3 groups depending on the treatment. We have to measured
and compared antithrombin III and protein C values in
different groups. The parameters were compared between
patient groups and healthy controls. There were registered
significant differences of antithrombin III and protein C parameters between groups depending on the stage of the disease
and some differences depending on the treatment. | en_US |

Было обследовано 116 больных с циррозом печени на
разных стадиях заболевания, 55 женщин и 61 мужчин,
средний возраст 50,3±0,7 лет. Пациенты были разделены на три группы, в зависимости от классификации
цирроза по Child-Pugh и в зависимости от лечения
тоже было обследовано три группы. Мы определили
значения антитромбина III и протеина С у обследуемых
больных. Были выявлены значительные статистические различия в обследуемых группах по срaвнению с
группой контроля и обнаружены некоторые изменения
в зависимости от назначенного лечения. | en_US |
