dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to evaluate the clinical, serological and histological features of celiac disease in children. The research included 48 children with celiac disease, hospitalized from 2012 to 2015 in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology of the PMSI Institute of Mother and Child. The main complaints presented by the pre-school children were: 86,25% staturo-ponderal retardation, 69,56% diarrhea, 65,21% unfermented stools, 39,13% abdominal distention, 34,78% vomiting. In the school age children, the abdominal pains prevailed in 93.33%, of which 50% increased in intensity after 3-5 hours of feeding, in 37,5% before meals, general weakness 56,25%, emotional lability 43,75%, recurrent stomatitis 25%. Older children showed deficient anemia 88,89%, arthralgia 33,3%, headache 31,25%, isolated statural retardation 22,2%. The IgG transglutaminase antibodies were positive in 43,75%; IgG were positive in 95,85%. The Marsh Type 3b lesions were the predominant histological lesions in 87,5%. Based on clinical, serological and histological data, an increased prevalence of atypical form of celiac disease was found in 66,66%.en_US
dc.description.abstractЦелью исследования было оценить клинические, серологические и гистологические аспекты болезни целиакия у детей. В исследовании были включены 48 детей, страдающих целиакией, госпитализированных с 2012 по 2015 год в отделении гастроэнтерологии и гепатологии Института матери и ребенка ИОМД. Основные жалобы детей дошкольного возраста были: задержка развития – 86,25% детей; диарея – 69,56%; вздутие живота – 39,13%; рвота – 34,78%. У детей школьного возраста преобладали боли в животе – 93,33%, из которых у 50% увеличились через 3-5 часов после приема пиши, а у 37,5% детей – до еды, общая слабость – у 56,25% детей, эмоциональная лабильность – 43,75%, рецидивирующий стоматит – 25%. У больших детей чаше всего было характерно: анемия – у 88,89%; артралгия – 33,3%; головная боль – 31,25%; низкий рост – 22,2% детей. Антитела трансглутаминазы IgА были положительны у 43,75%, а IgG были положительны у 95,85% детей. Преобладающие гистологические поражения были по Маршу тип 3b у 87,5%. На основании клинических, серологических и гистологических данных было обнаружено увеличение распространенности атипичной формы целиакии у 66,66% детей.
