Evoluţia morbidităţii prin glaucom în rândurile populaţiei municipiului Chişinău în anii 2011-2015

Abstract

A retrospective analysis of the prophilactic ocular tonometry results of the persons after 40 years, which required medical assistance in 2011–2015, was conducted. The morbidity of glaucoma amongst population in the municipality of Chisinau increased from 0,63% to 0,81%, but is still lower in comparison with the data provided by the the literature of speciality. The distribution by grade of evolution remains relatively constant in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.

Проведён ретроспективный анализ результатов профилактической тонометрии лицам старше 40 лет, проживающих в муниципии Кишинэу, в период 2011–2015 гг. Отмечается увеличение процента выявляемости больных с первичной глаукомой с 0,63% до 0,81% среди населения старше 40 лет, но в то же время этот показатель ниже уровня данных научной литературы. Остаётся относительно стабильным распределение больных первичной глаукомой по стадиям заболевания.
