Abstract: Allergic reactions to drugs most frequently are registered in female patients and younger than 35 and 51-65 years. Antibiotics and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug allergies occur most frequently. In most cases allergic reactions prove less prevalent organ-related and generalized allergic reactions. The most common clinical manifestations were predominantly organ-related ones, cutaneous (69%) and pulmonary manifestations (12%). Blood changes were certified as leukocytosis, lymphocytosis, anemia, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia.
