Abstract: Anomalies of kidneys occupy an appreciable part among congenital anomalies. Importance of studying of these anomalies is caused by their complexity and a combination with anomalies of other organs, often incompatible with life. A prominent aspect at studying of each anomaly is their correct diagnostics, for selection of a correct method of treatment and improvement of quality of life of patients. Anomaliile rinichilor ocupă o parte importantă în malformaţiile congenitale. Importanţa studierii acestora este cauzată complicităţii lor şi combinaţiei cu anomaliile a altor organe, care des sunt incompatibile cu viaţa. Studierea fiecărui tip de anomalie este importantă pentru stabilirea diagnosticului correct, selectarea metodei de tratament, ceia ce va duce la îmbunătăţirea calităţii vieţii pacienţilor.
