dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to investigate the influence of copper coordination compounds CMT-28, CMT-67 and their combinations with the cyanobacterial remedy BioR on the activity of lysosomal proteases (LP) in the kidneys of intact rats. It was established that all substances studied differently influence the activity of cathepsines D, G, L, H, B and leucineaminopeptidase in male and female rats. CMT-67 shows the highest increase of LP renal activity, and the combination with BioR only induces a significant increase of cathepsine H activity. CMT-28 slightly enhances the renal activity LP and the combination with BioR does not potentiate this effect. 142 Studiul a avut scopul de a cerceta influenţa compuşilor coordinativi ai cuprului CMT-28, CMT-67 şi a combinaţiei lor cu remediul de origine cianobacteriană BioR asupra activităţii proteazelor lizozomale (PL) în rinichii animalelor intacte. S-a stabilit că toate substanţele studiate influenţează în mod diferit activitatea catepsinelor D, G, L, H, B şi a leucinaminopeptidazei la animale de sex masculin şi feminin. CMT-67 manifestă cel mai mare grad de majorare a activităţii PL renale, iar combinaţia lui cu BioR induce majorarea esenţială numai a activităţii catepsinei H. CMT-28 intensifică mai modest activitatea PL renale, iar combinaţia lui cu BioR nu potenţează acest efect.en_US
