dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la stomatologie, şi poate fi aplicată pentru dezinfectarea canalului radicular in tratamentul pulpitei şi periodontitei apicale.Metoda, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că se izolează canalul de pătrunderea salivei, se irigă cu soluţie de 3% de hipoclorit de sodiu, se usucă, apoi în el se aplică albastru de toluidină sub formă de gel cu concentraţia de 0,1 mg/ml, pe o perioadă de 1...2 min, ulterior se iradiază cu lumină LED cu lungimea de undă de 625...635 nm, puterea de 2...3 W, timp de 30...60 s, apoi canalul radicular se irigă cu apă distilată, se usucă şi se plombează. Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к стоматологии, и может быть использовано для дезинфекции корневого канала при лечении апикального пульпита и периодонтита.Метод, согласно изобретению, состоит в том что изолируют канал от проникновения слюны, промывают 3%-ным раствором гипохлорита натрия, высушивают, затем вводят в него гель толуидиновый синий с концентрацией 0,1 мг/мл, на 1..2 мин, далее облучают светом LED с длиной волны 625..635 нм, мощностью 2..3 Вт, в течение 30..60 сек, затем корневой канал промывают дистиллированной водой, высушивают и пломбируют. The invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and may be used for disinfection of the root canal in the treatment of apical pulpitis and periodontitis. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is isolated the canal from penetration of saliva, is irrigated with 3% sodium hypochlorite solution, is dried, then therein is applied toluidine blue in the form of gel with the concentration of 0.1 mg/ml, for 1..2 min, then it is irradiated with LED light with the wavelength of 625...635 nm, the power of 2..3 W, for 30..60 s, then the root canal is irrigated with distilled water, is dried and is filled.en_US
