Влияние фармпрепаратов применяемых для общего обезболивания на рН метрию желудка у пациентов с гастродуоденальными язвами в интраоперационном периоде

În articol se atestă efectul preparatelor farmacologice asupra pH-ului stomacului în timpul anesteziei generale în timpul intervenției chirurgicale gastrice. S-a demonstrat, că în cazul efectuării diverselor tipuri de vagotomie, ar trebui să se țină cont de posibilitatea reducerii acidității conținutului intragastric atunci când se administrează medicamente utilizate pentru anestezie generală – dehidrobenzperidol și fentanil și oxibutirat de sodiu. Important este și testul cu atropină efectuat în ajunul operației.

The article is dedicated to our teachers. And first of all, the talented surgeon and teacher-Professor C.A. Tsibirna, and the other half professors! The article shows the effect of pharmacological preparations on the pH of the stomach during general anesthesia during gastric surgery. It has been shown that when performing various variants of vagotomy, one should take into account the possibility of reducing the acidity of intragastric contents when using drugs used for general anesthesia – NLA and GHB. The atropine test performed on the eve of the operation is also important.

В статье показано влияние фармакологических препаратов на pH желудка во время проведения общей анестезии при операциях на желудке. Показано что при выполнении различных вариантов ваготомии следует учитывать возможность снижения кислотности внутрижелудочного содержимого при применении препаратов, используемых при общем обезболивании – НЛА и ГОМК. Имеет важное значение также атропиновый тест, выполненный накануне операции.
