dc.description.abstractRezumat. Introducere. In pofida numeroaselor strategii și activități aplicate la nivel național și internațional, situația cu răspandirea accelerată a microorganismelor patogene cu rezistență multiplă nu se ameliorează. Rolul primordial in rezolvarea acestor probleme majore aparține sectorului de cercetare-dezvoltare. Identificarea sau elaborarea de substanțe antimicrobiene noi este una din direcțiile prioritare, in acest sens. Material și metode. A fost realizat un studiu, bazat pe determinarea activităţii antimicrobiene ale compuşilor coordinativi ai [(2-Carbamotioilhidrazon) propionato(2-)]-(4-aminobenzensulfamid) cupru asupra tulpinilor de referinţă: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Bacillus cereus ГИСК 8035, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Shigella sonnei ”S-form” şi Salmonella abony ГИСК 03/03y prin metoda diluţiilor succesive. Rezultate. Din datele experimentale obţinute, se constată activitatea bacteriostatică şi bactericidă a compusului coordinativ [(2-Carbamotioilhidrazon)propionato(2-)]-(4-aminobenzensulfamid) cupru faţă de Bacillus cereus, care depăşeşte de 33-156 de ori caracteristicile analoge ale furacilinei (prototipului) şi de 1,72,9×105 ori caracteristicile analogului lui structural. Concluzii. Proprietăţile depistate ale compusului nominalizat prezintă interes din punct de vedere al extinderii arsenalului de remedii antimicrobiene şi poate fi utilizat in cazul rezistenţei Bacillus cereus faţă de medicamentele tradiţionale.en_US
dc.description.abstractAbstract. Introduction. Despite numerous strategies and applied activities on national and international levels, the situation regarding accelerated spreading of pathogenic micro-organisms with multiple resistance does not improve. The primordial role in the solution of these major problems belongs to the research and development branch. Identification of elaboration of new anti-microbial substances is one of the priority directions in this matter. Material and methods. This study was made based on establishing of antimicrobial activity of coordinative compounds of [(2-carbamatioilhidrazon) propionate(2-)]-(4-aminobenzenesulfamide) copper against reference bacterial strains: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Bacillus cereusГИСК 8035, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Shigella sonnei “S-form” and Salmonella abony ГИСК 03/03у by successive dilutions method. Results. From obtained experimental data results, we can observe bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity of the coordinative [(2-carbamatioilhidrazon)propionate(2-)]-(4-aminobenzenesulfamide) copper compound against Bacillus cereus, that exceeds by 33-156 times analogue characteristics of furacilin (prototype) and exceeds by 1.7-2.9×105 times characteristics of the structural analogue. Conclusions. Found properties of the nominalized compound shows interest in the field of extension of antimicrobial remedies and can be used in cases of Bacillus cereus resistance against other traditional medication.
