In experiments on rats the comparative characterization of some lipidic metabolism indexes modification (total lipids, total phospholipids, triglycerides, esterified cholesterol, total cholesterol, nonesterified fatty acids, total lipoproteins, α+γ-lipoproteins, β-lipoproteins, cholesterol of total lipoproteins, cholesterol of α+γ-lipoproteins and cholesterol of β- lipoproteins) depending on hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) regimen was studied. HBO at 3 ata 60 min produced veridic transformations in diverse directions of seven indexes from twele. HBO at 4,5 ata 50 min caused esential modifications in the direction of increasing of five indexes from eleven. HBO at 6 ata 50 min intensified considerably the modifications of lipidic and lipoproteic metabolism indexes. Significant modifications in the direction of increasing of eleven parameters from twelve have been performed. Thus, it may be stated that the gradual increased regimen intensified the quantitative and qualitative modifications of the lipidic and lipoproteic metabolism indexes.
