| dc.description.abstract | It was researched a extemporal, complex formulation - anti acne suspension which
combines the parasiticides, fungicides and moisturizer properties of sulphur, the antimicrobial
effect of chloramphenicol, antiprotozoy of metronidazole, keratoplastic of resorcinol, antiseptic
and keratolytic effects of boric acid. It was developed the method of quantitative determination
of chloramphenicol and boric acid in the suspension.
S-a studiat o formă farmaceutică extemporală, complexă – suspensie antiacneică în care
se combină proprietăţile paraziticide, fungicide şi antiseboreice ale sulfului, antimicrobiene ale
cloramfenicolului, antiprotozoice ale metronidazolului, cheratoplastice ale rezorcinei, antiseptice
şi keratolitice ale acidului boric. A fost elaborată metoda de dozare a cloramfenicolului şi a
acidului boric în această suspensie. | en_US |
