dc.description.abstractAccording to retrospective study of the bacteriological investigation results in 272 patients with different septico-purulent infection from Neurosurgical Department, the role of 27 types of microorganisms, included into this process have been performed. The gram-positive microorganisms incluslly 49,3%, S.epidermidis (14,78%), S.aureus (11,61%), Acinetobacter (11,26%) and S.saprophyticus (8,8%) have been prevailed followed by gram-negative microorganisms 38,38%. Among them are P.aeruginosa (7,04%), K.pneumoniae (5.63%), E.coli and Corynebacterium (4,57% each). Another microorganisms constitute 12,32%. În rezultatul studiului retrospectiv a rezultatelor investigaţiilor bacteriologice a 272 pacienţi cu diverse infecţii septico-purulente din cadrul secţiilor de neurochirurgie sa constatat rolul a 27 tipuri de microorganisme, implicate în aceste procese. Predomină microorganismele grampozitive (49,3%) inclusiv S.epidermidis (14,78%), S.aureus (11,61%), Acinetobacter (11,26%) şi S.saprophyticus (8,8%), urmate de microorganismele gramnegative (38,38%), inclusiv P.aeruginosa (7,04%), K.pneumoniae (5,63%), E.coli şi Corynebacterium – câte 4,57%. Cota parte a altor microorganisme constituie – 12,32%.en_US
