Hemoragiile retroperitoneale în traumatismul asociat pelvio-abdominal

Abstract

The study 102 cases of the patients with associated pelvio-abdominal trauma complicated with retroperitoneal haemorrhage shows diagnostic difficulties because of the simptomatological diversity of the injured organs. Pelvio-abdominal injuries is one of the most severe form of the associated trauma that results in 49,02% of mortality. Diagnostic establishing of the retroperitoneal haemorrhage needs the application of mini invasive methods.

Studiu a 102 fişe de observaţii a pacienţilor cu traumatism asociat pelvio-abdominal, complicat cu hemoragii retroperitoneale denotă dificultăţi de diagnostic, graţie divertismentului mult prea larg al simptomatologiei organelor lezate. Leziunile pelvio-abdominale reprezintă una din cele mai grave forme a traumatismului asociat ce se soldează cu o mortalitate de 49,02%. Stabilirea diagnosticului hemoragiilor retroperitoneale necesită aplicarea metodelor miniinvazive.
