dc.description.abstractThe author’s experience in surgical treatment of 147 patients with type III-IV-V Rockwood and Green acromioclavicular injuries, remarks the value of indication for the anatomical returned procedure.The preliminarily obtained results in 96,7% causes lead to the conclusion that only the surgical treatment is capable to ensure the anatomical returned and the optimal working in optimal terms. În cercetarea prezentă, este relatată importanţa tratamentului chirurgical a luxaţiei acromio-claviculare de tipul III-IV-V după Rockwood şi Green. Rezultatele preliminare obţinute în 96,7% cazuri, conduc la concluzia că doar tratamentul chirurgical este capabil să asigure restabilirea anatomică în termeni optimali.en_US
