The frequency of monorezistence of mycobacterium tuberculosis has been analyzed in 2006 - 2008 years. Comparatively with 2006 year in 2007 – 2008 the monorezistence increased from 47(60,2%) till 17(21,7%) and 14 (18,1%) of cases. The resistence of tuberculosis mycobacteium at streptomycine was prevalueted 48(61,5%). After analising the treatment results of medical tests we can mention that the therapeutical failure is manifested more often at the patients with tuberculosis monorezistence 14,1 % in comparation with patients having tuberculosis senzitive 1,4 %.
