The risk factors implicated in the ethiopathogenesis of the pancreatic cancer (CP) are not many, but the smocking is on the first place. The genetic factors may be implicated in 5-10%, but the specific gene are not found. Many studies founded chronic pancreatitis, diabetus mielitus, obesity like risk factors to CP appearance. Some studies included ”sedentary life style, administration of aspirin” disease of gall bleder alimentary habits and professional risks. The genetic factors of CP are genetic disease caused by DNA mutation. This mutation can be inherited or may appear in lifetime. The last appear spontaneous by cells abnormal replication or under concerigenes substances actions from smoke of cigareties.
