| Abstract: | The study included 47 children aged 5 months to 7 years with different types of bronhopulmonary disease. Children were assessed by determining the serum levels of IgA, IgM, IgG and determination of specific immunoglobulins to Mycoplasma infection. Our study reveales increased leveles of IgM and decreased leveles of IgA, IgG in Mycoplasma-positive group comparison with healthy children
Studiul a inclus 47 copii la care a fost apreciat statul imun prin determinarea nivelului seric al imunoglobulinelor IgA, IgM, IgG şi aprecierea imunoglobulinelor specifice la infecţia micoplasmică. Vârsta copiilor incluşi în studiu a constituit de la 5 luni până la 7 ani, cu diferite entităţi nozologice bronhopulmonare. Studiul a arătat că infecţia micoplasmică induce scăderea serică a nivelului IgG, IgA comparativ cu copii sănătoşi şi majorarea concentraţiei IgM. |
