dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to investigate the influence of copper coordinative compounds CMT-28 and CMT-67 and their combinations with the cyanobacterial bioremedy BioR on the activity of lysosomal proteases in the liver of intact rats. It was established that all studied substances enhance the activity of cathepsines D, G, L, H, B and leucineaminopeptidase. CMT-67 and BioR show synergism in the modulation of the lysosomal proteases in the liver of intact animals, causing overlapping of the effects of these remedies.en_US
dc.description.abstractStudiul a avut scopul de a cerceta influenţa compuşilor coordinativi ai cuprului CMT-28 şi CMT-67 şi a combinaţiilor lor cu remediul de origine cianobacterială BioR asupra activităţii proteazelor lizozomale în ficatul animalelor intacte. S-a stabilit că toate substanţele studiate amplifică activitatea catepsinelor D, G, L, H, B şi a leucinaminopeptidazei. CMT-67 şi BioR manifestă sinergism în modularea activităţii proteazelor lizozomale hepatice la animalele sănătoase, administrarea lor concomitentă determinînd cumularea efectelor acestor remedii.ro
