dc.description.abstractThe action of copper coordinative compounds CMT-28, CMT-67 and of their combinations with the cyanobacterial remedy BioR on liver glutathiondependent enzymes activity in healthy rats was studied. It was established that CMT-28 and the combination CMT-28+BioR induce a pronounced increase of GR activity and a statistically conclusive increase of GST activity, BioR acted synergistically with CMT-28. CMT-67 administration caused significant dysfunction of the glutathione cycle due to the reduction of GPO acticity, that was only partially redressed by spirulina bioremedy BioR administration. S-a efectuat studiul acţiunii compuşilor coordinativi ai cuprului CMT-28 şi CMT-67 şi a combinaţiilor lor cu remediul de origine cianbacteriană BioR asupra activităţii principalelor enzime glutationdependente în ficatul şobolanilor intacţi. S-a stabilit, că CMT-28 şi combinaţia CMT-28+BioR induc un spor pronunţat al activităţii GR şi majorarea veridică a GST, BioR acţionînd sinergic cu CMT-28. Administrarea compusului CMT-67 determină disfuncţii pronunţate în ciclul glutationic determinate de reducerea activităţii GPO, iar administrarea biopreparatului BioR din spirulină ameliorează doar parţial tulburările metabolismului glutationic.en_US
