Study analyzed 102 patients with associated abdominal traumas, complicated with retroperitoneal hematomas, treated in Surgical Clinic Nr.1 "N. Anestiadi” during 10 years. Two categories of patients were highlighted: with stable and unstable haemodynamics. Algorithm of diagnosis in retroperitoneal haemorrhages in associated traumas is determined by the stable haemodynamics, priority of the severity of damage, the development of vital complications. Anestiadi", in termen de 10 ani.
