dc.description.abstractIt has been established by means of macroscopic and statistical methods that an accessory spleen is most commonly detected near the lineal hilus of the basic organ, it is supplied by the branches of the lineal artery and innervated by the nerve trunks of the lineal and pancreatic plexuses. Prin metode macroscopice şi statistice s-a determinat că splina accesorie este localizată mai frecvent în regiunea hilului lienal, se vascularizează prin ramurile arterei lienale şi este inervată de către nervii plexurilor lienal şi pancreatic.en_US
