dc.description.abstractWe elaborated the TLC method of methaqualone identification by using four developed systems, specrophotometric method of quantitative determination for methaqualone in tablets of 0.03g. Using the analytical methods elaborated by us over the artificial test there was extracted methaqualone from biological liquids (plasma, urine, saliva). The output of methaqualone from urine was 95.3%; Having considered the elaborated methods as specific and reproductive they are recommended for the study of methaqualone in biological liquids. A fost elaborată metoda cromatografiei pe strat subţire de identificare a metaqualonei, utilizând 4 sisteme de solvenţi,metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare în comrimate 0,03g, chromatografie de gaz. Aplicând metodele analitice elaborate de noi la probele biologice în „vitro” s-a efectuat extracţia metaqualoneiei din lichidele biologice. Randamentul metaqualonei din urină-95.3%. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă pentru studierea metaqualonei în lichidele biologice.en_US
