In recent years there is an increase in the prevalence of otomycosis. This is due to the extensive use of antibiotic ear drops. The treatment of otomycosis is difficult and requires a close follow-up. We proposed to present a review of the literature on otomycosis, the main epidemiological, clinico-mycologic features and treatment. Candida albicans and Aspergillus are the most commonly identified organisms. Antifungals from the Azole class seem to be the most effective.
