| dc.description.abstract | Активность лактатдегидрогеназы (ЛДГ) и глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы (Г6ФДГ) определяли в сыво-ротке крови из пуповины новорожденных, куривших и не куривших во время беременности женщин. Получен-ные результаты показали уменьшение активности ЛДГ и Г6ФДГ в крови новорожденных, куривших женщин, что свидетельствовало о негативном влиянии курения на активность ферментов.
Activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) were determined in the blood serum of the umbilical cord in the newborns of the smoking and nonsmoking women. The obtained results indi-cated of the low activity of the LDH and G6PDH in the blood of newborns of the smoking women, that is reflection of a negative effect of smoking on the enzyme activity. | en_US |
