In the study, litere has bectt conductori an analysis of the quanlitative indices of awake bruxism under the influence of stress. nicotine, caffeine and alcohol, there were measured the indices of the bioelectrical activity of the masseter rnuscle. and there was assessed the diagnostic possibilities of the cardiac rltythm fractal analysis. There were studieri 19 patients with awake bruxism and 19 healthy people. The influence of bruxism cofactors was quantlfied. There were analyzed the quanlitative indices of bruxisnt, recording EMG activity of the masseter rnuscle and indices of the iieart rate fractal analysis (sample entropy, correlation dimension). There were used the Polispectr-Ritm. Neuro-MVP diagnostic equipntent and the Sleep Guard SG5 device (USA). In patients with awake bruxism. the intensity of factors increases in the following order: caffeine < nicotine < alcohol < stress; the number of episodes. their total duration and the bioelectric activity of masseter rnuscle increases under the action of factors in the following order: alcohol < nicotine < caffeine < stress. Differentiatetl cvaluation of the action of daily cofactors in patients with awake bruxism can be achieved based on the fractal analysis of the heart rate. which reflects the peculiaritics of quantltative manifestation of awake bruxism episodes.en_US
