Abstract: Moldova’s population is supplied with drinking water from decentralized sources. The quality of drinking water from these sources does not correspond to sanitary-hygienic requirements. People in rural areas use drinking water rich in sulfates, chlorides, hydrocarbons, calcium and sodium. Hydric factor participates in the appearance of various diseases.
