| dc.description.abstract | A spectrophotometric method for the determination of codeine phosphate in tablet dosage forms has been described, based on the codeine ability to form with bromphenol blue in acidic media, a complex extractible in chloroform. The absorbance of the formed ion-pair complex was monitored spectrophotometrically at 413 nm. The range of linearity for the obtained complex was found to be 0.1–0.5 mg/ml. | dc.description.abstract | В данной статье представлен один из методов спектрофотометрического определения кодеина фосфата в таблетках, который основан на способности образовывать с бромфеноловым синем в кислой среде комплексное соединение, извлекаемое в хлороформе. Оптическую плотность образованного комплекса измеряли при длине волны 413 нм. Аналитический ответ был линейным в интервале концентраций 0,1 – 0,5 мг/ мл. Предлагаемый способ был успешно применен для определения фосфата кодеина в фармацевтических препаратах, производимых промышленным способом. | |
